TERMS & CONDITIONS
To avail of our pixels, you need to create an advertiser's account and choose from any available pixel grids you want. Please see to it that the pixel blocks that you selected were interconnected and/or not scattered so that your website's image when uploaded will be intact. A resulting square or rectangular figure of the selected blocks is recommended.
The minimum purchase is PHP 900 in the 'Featured Advertisers' grid (homepage grid) and PHP 450 in the 'Category' grids consisting of nine (9) blocks (equal to 900 pixels), but no maximum limit of purchase unless this terms has changed. When you 'buy' our pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published in the respective space you have paid for.
You can change the image or link anytime you want, but see to it that you have properly informed the admin (via email) for approval in order that your image and link will be processed once approved.
Once your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund, and the pixels where you uploaded the image is considered sold to you until your expiration date. We reserve the right to release the pixels after the expiration date.
We will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48 hours after confirmation of your payment.
All paid pixels will expire after five (5) years of publishment and respective advertisers have the option to renew their pixels.
Obscene/offensive/adult images/links is not permitted. If the image you submitted is rejected, you will be notified through email and an alternative should be submitted, otherwise your money will be refunded and your pixel will be released to the public.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
If, for whatever reason, in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
Images must be the exact size you have chosen or paid for (e.g. 900 pixels = 30x30 blocks of pixels) and be in the form of a square/rectangle.
Images must be in JPG, GIF or PNG format, and of a reasonable file size.
Images must NOT be animated. If it is animated, only the first frame will be shown in homepage.
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but it will be kept to a minimum.
